There is an increasing demand for people, teams and organisations to be creative and innovative. Tertiary education and corporate learning and development has traditionally focused its efforts on transferring existing knowledge and skills into new minds and hands. But this approach is no longer sufficient to meet the demands of an increasingly complex and uncertain reality. How can learning design help to promote the necessary innovation inside organisations and across society?
Join us to explore how we might increase the bandwidth for creativity, risk-taking and innovation in learning spaces. Our exploration will be enhanced with insights from Simon Kavanagh, head of the international KaosPilot Learning Design Agency and Frank Guzman, General Manager of Academy Xi in Melbourne.
The evening, which will be hosted by Alkimia Learning, Australian partner for the KaosPilot Learning Design Agency, aims to be interactive, informative and inspirational.
