Working in collaboration with HushHome - I led a 4 part guided meditation session at Soho House Hong Kong. The premise was to include mindfulness exercises that could be incorporated into ones nightly sleep routine - however these are practices that I’d recommend using at any time of day. A form of yogic pranayama, Buddhist anapanasati, and a body scan were taught.
