Vilawan Layanun's biography

Vilawan is always fascinated by how creativity and empathy could help solve users’ problem(s) and enhance the user experience. She is also passionate about helping businesses (or individuals) build a good foundation to create and deliver great experiences to customers.

Prior to BridgeAsia, she had stints at True Money, Siam Commercial Bank and Union Inta, delivering effective marketing and user/service experience design. She has experience working with many startups, and conducts Design Thinking action-learning programs for students and corporate executives from time to time.

She has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang and a Master’s degree in Service Design from Domus Academy in Milan. In her free time, her hobbies are horse-riding, scuba-diving, and jogging.
