As a dynamic and motivational leader, I have experience in managing at the global, regional & country levels, including a broad range of responsibilities in both start-up and turnaround businesses, including new market creation.
Throughout my career, I have promoted and mentored female leaders inside and outside of Microsoft. As an active member of Microsoft’s Female Leadership Group and the Women’s Senior Leadership Program at The Kellogg School of Management, I am involved in supporting women’s leadership causes, and D & I in the workplace.I relish sharing my experience with others, and have recently participated on panels as a speaker and moderator at the Global Women’s Summit in Australia, and Janes of Digital in Seattle, WA.
