I’ve got a keen focus on building viable products that aim to disrupt traditional industries, whilst ensuring the right people and processes exist to ensure the technology’s goals. In 2019 I have moved to Thailand to be a key role in helping a 50 person company to comfortably scale to a 80-100 people over the following year.
In 2018, I had the opportunity to work on a number of disruptive projects and products in mental health and financial technology, such as a $33 million Health-tech named Innowell which is building tools to deliver reform in the mental health space in Australia. In that team I ran sprints with a large team of 10 developers, worked alongside the Privacy Commissioner of Australia to conduct Innowell’s Privacy Impact Assessment and developed a range of technical documentation for the product.
As a Graduate Valedictorian from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics, I’ve been fortunate to work in Fintechs in Melbourne and overseas in San Francisco as a consultant in market design with 99 Designs. In addition to my start-up experiences, I’ve had experience working with the Australian Government as an Economist in congestion modelling and pricing.
