Managed launch of software release. Tasked by DAT Services to design, develop and market version 2.0 of core product. Employed Product Life Cycle Methodology to pare list of 200 potential enhancements to 80. Launched product on-time and budget, winning company’s highest award and Nifty 50 industry recognition.
Cut sales cycle time to drive major ROI boost. Teradata wanted to improve productivity of demand creation professionals worldwide. Conducted system-wide focus groups and surveys to identify product requirements. Delivered multi-layer, 18 month Sales MBA. Produced measurable changes in sales performance and team received Bottom Line Impact Award for achieving 1000% ROI.
Expanded market share for core product. Solidur Pacific made high performance plastic sprockets / gears for power transmission. Worked with a Tech University in Portland to measure load and failure rates under different conditions proving increased functionality and wider potential usage.
