I help managers who are experts in their roles make the shift to become leaders who are influential with people. The work I do is like a Driving Instructor and Orchestra Conductor, clear skills to learn that are required for future productivity and bringing people together to make their best contribution for the big picture.
My leadership development experience sees what you can become and holds the tension between educating/challenging and mentoring/inspiring leaders to grow in their competency. A 2016 Survey found that 44% of Managers felt unprepared for their role and a staggering 87% wished they had more training. My programs sees the individuals ‘superpower’ and elevates that in the context of their leadership responsibilities.
