As a life coach / speaker, Riza is an all-in risk-taker, women’s advocate and influencing at every opportunity from the board room to conferences hall, from start-up entrepreneurs to executives. Her passion and spirit are contagious and all the while her deep sense of humility, clarity of purpose and a calming presence, creates opportunities of success. With a thorough understanding and leading to inspire positive change, her goal is on attaining break-through results no matter what the challenges are. Unique in this knowledge sharing industry, Riza was mentored by two women expert leaders. Her “true north” perspective to the integrity of the principles and practices will afford her clients to bring remarkable transformation and sustainable results.
She is the founder of Women Empowered Community page on Facebook which is now a company in Japan called WEI. Giving access to women and girls all around the globe to be recognized and be heard. She believe in the power of women in leadership.
WEI (Women Empowered Institute) is a training and consulting company which empowers women and girls in the workforce through providing trainings and workshops. She speaks at schools and universities throughout Japan and overseas on the topic of women’s rights and is a Goodwill Ambassador of the Women Economic Forum Mission Million 2022.
