With experience in the full marketing mix at global and national levels, I have developed and implemented highly effective and innovative marketing strategies that focus on demand generation, customer acquisition and user engagement.
As the Head of Digital Marketing in a multi-national business intelligence software firm, I created digital strategies which led to significant increases in customer acquisition and lead generation through online channels.
I have had full accountability across the digital marketing mix (website performance, content strategy, inbound marketing (HubSpot certified), conversion rate optimisation, paid social, email marketing automation/lead nurturing, search engine optimisation/organic search, remarketing, SEM/paid search and web analytics) as well as traditional marketing and communications (campaign planning, budget management, project management, event management, customer insight and reporting).
In mid 2018, I completed a Master of Information Systems (MIS) at the University of Melbourne. The MIS has a business, IT and strategic management focus and my average was 80%. I was the only student in my faculty to receive a scholarship to undertake a global business course in Singapore.
The skills I gained in the MIS and my previous experience have enabled me to be a technical marketer who combines the commercial side of marketing with systems and processes to drive growth.
In my previous roles and at university, I have excelled due to my courage and conviction, drive for results and passion for turning ideas into reality.
