Kizzy Okoukoni has enjoyed a successful career in the Education and Property Industries. Moving from Secondary School Teaching to Real Estate cemented his skills of relationship management and customer service whilst building on a natural ability for Sales. With strong communication and a determination to deliver results, Kizzy has thrived in both sectors and has worked in the UK, Cape Verde and Australia.
Kizzy is a business minded individual who thrives in a customer-focused, fast paced environment. His ability to secure new business and maintain and maximize income streams secures maximum value for his clients. Kizzy jumped at the chance to start his own Real Estate brand - Flash Property Group in 2017 and he hasn’t looked back since. His knowledge and commitment is second to none and putting deals together brings personal satisfaction on a daily basis. Even better if you plan to Auction your property – Kizzy loves nothing more than to call an Auction, and his banter with the audience is remembered long after the word SOLD is called!
It is his ability to relate to his audience that has brought Kizzy success in the coaching world. Super Sales Coaching has evolved to offer far more than Sales! He motivates, jokes and entertains whilst imparting his knowledge of Sales, Resilience, Positive Mental Health, Leadership or Public Speaking. The bookings he receives from schools, councils and business are predominantly through word of mouth or repeat bookings – once you’ve enjoyed a session with Kizzy you will be sure to call him back.
Kizzy holds qualifications as a Trainer and Assessor, Sales Coach, Licensed Estate Agent, Auctioneer, NLP practitioner and Keynote Speaker. He would love to coach you, your team, your school or your youth group.
Whatever your Real Estate or coaching need, Kizzy can tailor a solution to your needs. Just ask him.
