Edith is a partner at Proof of Capital - a blockchain focused venture capital fund with an emphasis on real adoption and global distribution with a particular focus on Asia and emerging economies. A few sectors we are particularly interested in are: fintech (payment, remittance, custody, wallet), infrastructure (security, identity), hardware, and the consumer layers of the blockchain ecosystem.
She has invested in over 50 blockchain, mobile, AI startups including Lightyear/Stellar, Oasis Labs, Nebulas, The Republic, Solana, Libra Network, Hooked, DayDayCook, AISense, Metadium, Castbox, Silk Labs (acquired by Apple), Chirp (acquired by Apple), Fleksy (acquired by Pinterest), Human (acquired by Mapbox) and many more.
Before 500, Edith was the GM for Dolphin Browser, a Sequoia-backed mobile browser with over 150 million installs worldwide. Edith also worked with many Fortune 500 companies such as Siebel, AMS, AT&T Wireless and Autodesk.
